Agate ID: agate_001 Weight 2.5oz. 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" x 3/4". This is one of the larger agates I've found at Paradise Beach in the water. Although quartz/Amethyst filled, the outer husk is very rich, very hard and very beautiful. This is a chunk.
	Agate ID: agate_002 Weight 0.2oz. 7/8" x 5/8" x 1/2". My Mom found this eye popper on Paradise Beach after I apparently stepped over it. It's our best agate eye ever. The Amethyst on the back side gives this eye a bluish tint in the white ring.
	Agate ID: agate_003 Weight 0.5oz. 1 1/8" x 3/4" x 3/4". A beautiful floater egg with a hard blue base. Very unusual, very beautiful. Stones shown are naturally water washed unless specified otherwise.
	Agate ID: agate_004 Weight 1.1oz. 1 1/2" x 1 1/8" x 7/8". Twin agates, a red and amber formed so differently in a hard basalt like base. Facinating!
	Agate ID: agate_005 Weight 0.1oz. 1/2" x 1/2" x 3/8". Hard white with mustard. Fortication and eyes. Small, but, a deadly combination.
	Agate ID: agate_006 Weight 0.2oz. 5/8" diameter. A bright amber.
	Agate ID: agate_007 Weight 0.1oz. 3/4" x 1/2" x 3/8". Nice purple with 5/16" eye. Some quartz exposure on the back side, but, the beauty of the eye makes this a keeper.
	Agate ID: agate_008 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 5/8" x 3/8". This is a nice nodule. From experience I'd expect a nice beige and light tan painted pattern inside. This one's not quartz filled.
	Agate ID: agate_009 Weight 0.9oz. 1 5/8" x 7/8" x 3/4". Most unusual husk with much character. Rich! The ends have been faced polished.
	Agate ID: agate_010 Weight 0.5oz. 1 1/4" x 7/8" x 1/2". Stunning. I lost track of the origin of this stone and it may not be Paradise Beach, possibly on St. Croix river Hudson, WI. Face polished.
	Agate ID: agate_011 Weight 7 grams. 7/8" x 1/2" x 1/2". Nice snowman. This hard brown variety, often with exposed agate veins is a type I call raisonette. Very hard and very agate-like, but, uniquely different than Lake Superior agates we normally think of.
	Agate ID: agate_012 Weight 0.6oz. 1 3/8" x 7/8" x 5/8". A best-in-class nodule. The husk is very solid and complete with no visible flaws. From experience, I'm sure the inside is a fantastic dark painted (creamy) red. Classic Paradise Beach!
	Agate ID: agate_013 Weight 0.3oz. 1" x 3/4" x 3/4". A beautiful hard white with mustard on the husk. Concentric tear-shaped lines, polished face. As with all of my favorites, this stone has no offensive fractures.
	Agate ID: agate_014 Weight 0.2oz. 7/8" x 5/8" x 1/2". A beautiful hard white with nice fortification pattern.
	Agate ID: agate_015 Weight 0.3oz. 1 1/8" x 3/4" x 3/8". An interesting nodule with it's interior exposed. Classic red and light tan of Paradise Beach.
	Agate ID: agate_016 Weight 0.5oz. 1" x 3/4" x 3/4". A clean and colorful nodule found about 1 mile from Paradise Beach.
	Agate ID: agate_017 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 3/4" x 5/8". This high powered purple agate nodule is still attached to surrounding basalt. Nicely water washed. Attached nodules are unique to Paradise beach and surrounding shorelines compared to glacier carried agates which tend not to have surrounding Basalt.
	Agate ID: agate_018 Weight 0.3oz. 1 1/4" x 1/2" x 1/2". "The Spearhead". The Holy Grail of Paradise Beach nodules. It took 12 years to find this one.
	Agate ID: agate_019 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 5/8" x 1/2". Nice lines, polished.
	Agate ID: agate_020 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/2". Very attractive translucent with a faint infusion of green on one side.
	Agate ID: agate_021 Weight 0.3oz (est. agate only). There's nothing more exciting then finding nature hard at work. This agate has not freed completely from surrounding Basalt. Basalt is naturally water washed, flattened on the bottom so the rock sets right.
	Agate ID: agate_022 Weight 0.4oz. 1 1/8" x 3/4" x 1/2". An interesting blue. Unique contrast of black and blue. Pink eye.
	Agate ID: agate_023 Weight 0.3oz. 3/4" x 3/4" x 5/8". A very chunky and high quality nodule. Very hard, nice dark red color.
	Agate ID: agate_025 Weight 0.3oz. 1" x 5/8" x 5/8". What character this nodule has with eyes and crater eyes! The white eye on the end has been slightly sanded to bring it out.
	Agate ID: agate_026 Weight 0.8oz. 1 1/2" x 3/4" x 3/4". A nice sized chocolate nodule with peeling husk to reveal inner red.
	Agate ID: agate_027 Weight 0.1oz. 5/8" x 3/8" x 3/8". A nice agate eye. The large eye is 3/8". There are seven little satellite eyes about 1/16" each.
	Agate ID: agate_028 Weight 0.4oz. 1" x 3/4" x 3/4". A brilliant agate nodule with a rugged green/red husk.
	Agate ID: agate_029 Weight 0.2oz. 1" x 1/2" x 3/8". Rich transparent blue.
	Agate ID: agate_031 Weight 0.1oz. 5/8" x 5/8" x 3/8". Nice contrasting lines. Polished.

	Agate ID: agate_034 Weight 0.3oz. 1" x 5/8" x 1/2". Unique tubular pattern. The tubes have eroded at a slower pace than surrounding quartz. They stand out.
	Agate ID: agate_035 Weight 0.3oz. 7/8" x 3/4" x 5/8". Unique water level lines in this raisonette variety.
	Agate ID: agate_036 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 5/8" x 1/2". "The Ice Cream Cone". Unmatched beauty in the attached nodule class with a hard agate filled Basalt like cone.
	Agate ID: agate_037 Weight 0.1oz. 5/8" x 3/8" x 3/8". Nice tubular hard white. The shape reminds me of a fossilized plant stem.

	Agate ID: agate_040 Weight 0.3oz. 3/4" x 5/8" x 1/2". "The Grand Marais". Found this downtown in the water on the beach there. One of the best examples of fortification and water level lines I have found. This stone has gone through a single tumbling stage (fine).

	Agate ID: agate_043 Weight 0.2oz. 7/8" x 1/2" x 1/2". "The Acorn". Perfectly shaped and nicely balanced nodule. Interesting position of the eye.
	Agate ID: agate_044 Weight 0.1oz. 3/4" x 1/2" x 1/2". Excellent blue nodule. The black coloration and eye are very interesting.
	Agate ID: agate_045 Weight 0.4oz. 1" x 3/4" x 5/8". Very unique markings on this boob agate. Likely quartz filled.
	Agate ID: agate_047 Weight 0.2oz. 1" x 5/8" x 5/8". Here's a sexy agate. Natural. The eye is face polished.
	Agate ID: agate_048 Weight 0.2oz. 1" x 5/8" x 1/2". No longer in my possession. The subtle eye on this white nodule is grade A. Although this stone may look quartzy on the inside, it is high grade agate. A beautiful natural shape and balance.
	Agate ID: agate_049 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 5/8" x 5/8". "The Bowling Ball". In total there are four craters on this nodule, each perfectly filled with pink.
	Agate ID: agate_050 Weight 0.2oz. 3/4" x 5/8" x 1/2". An incredible mustard. The blue eye is outstanding.
